The Corporate Headlines Web Part displays news items taken from a list that you specify in the web part’s properties. The Web Part uses a marquee and allows styling of the text (font family and size, background color, borders, padding, margins etc) via CSS files, this way providing a full display integration with the SharePoint site. A user can select the location of a specific Site, the list name from which the news should be taken, and the number of news items that are to be displayed. Customization of the display mode is also included: opening mode of the news page, scroll direction, and CSS file location.
The Corporate Headlines Web Part comes with a robust installer to allow it to be easily deployed within any SharePoint environment.
